Characteristics

Reserve 36 months in the barrel and 48 months in the bottle before its release on the market. From our best old vineyards, after a manual harvest in boxes and an exhaustive selection in the field and in the winery, we obtain grapes of a high quality. Once in the cellar the grapes macerate in cold and after the maceration comes the alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats. The aging of two years is done in French and American, ending the process with an aging in bottle in our centenary drafts, until its release to the market.
