General information
Reserve for 36 months in barrel and 48 months in bottle before its release. From our best old vineyards, after a manual harvest in boxes and an exhaustive selection in the field and in the winery, we obtain high quality grapes. Once in the cellar the grapes are cold macerated and after the maceration comes the alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats. The two-year aging is carried out in French and American, ending the process with bottle aging in our centenary cellars, until its release on the market.
Tasting Notes Imperial Gran Reserva
Intense cherry red color layer with burgundy red notes in the meniscus.High aromatic intensity where aromas from the stay in barrels such as balsamic and sweet spices are intermingled respecting the aromas of forest fruits and licorice that brings us Mediterranean memories. The palate is velvety and fatty, marked by a friendly tannin that leads us to a long and fruity aftertaste showing the elegance of the wines of all time.
The roundness and balance make this wine pair with cheeses, red meats, game and fatty fish, also to be enjoyed simply accompanied by good company. Recommended service temperature 18ºC
