General information

Orben wineries sinks its roots in one of the most admired areas of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin with a serene, elegant face and predisposed to facilitate the manufacturing processes. Its future building synthesizes, under a halo of modernity, architecture, wine and gastronomy. It is in this unbeatable location where a wine tourism project is devised that includes a tasting room, a wine store and a high restoration center.

The building, practically completely underground, stands out for its straight and dynamic shapes. It is sober and elegant. The height at which it is located allows you to have spectacular views of Laguardia and all of Rioja Alavesa.

The cellar area which is underground is arranged to facilitate transit in the different production processes, in such a way that the fermentation part is placed on an “L” shaped plant, followed by the barrels part and, last, the bottling and the bottle rack

Tasting Notes Orben

Deep maroon cherry color. On the nose, pleasant aromas of wild fruits, balsamic, dairy, fine toasts and caramel toffee stand out. It is meaty, structured and broad. With red, black, wild and smoked fruit. Complex, persistent and aromatic finish.
