100% Garnacha Tinta from the family’s old vineyards.
Type of Preparation
Our Barrel Fermented Rosé is not the result of a mixture of red and white grapes, but of a particular technique, bleeding by maceration of the Garnacha grapes during one night and one day.
Once we have this buganvilla pink must a little higher than our famous “claretes”, but with the same organoleptic characteristics, we give way to the filling of barrels where the alcoholic fermentation will take place that gives it this character so special and different from our rosé.
After fermentation and aging for a few months depending on the nuances we want to obtain, gives as a result of this wine the least original and virtually unique.
