General information
The grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg plastic boxes. Subsequently they are deposited cluster by cluster on the selection table. Neither pre nor post macerate: we carry out a controlled fermentation in small stainless steel tanks in which we try to respect all the nuances and subtleties of our grapes. Malolactic fermentation takes place in new barrels. Almost two years in 23 Murúa barrels, mostly new, made up of American oak staves and French oak lids. The wine was racked every six months, filling each barrel monthly to overflow with the same came to reduce oxidation.
Tasting Notes Miguel Merino young vines
