ELABORATION AND AGEING: Harvest from the oldest plot of the estate. After the alcoholic fermentation and pressing, it goes directly to barrel, where it carries out the malolactic fermentation on its own lees. It remains a minimum of 20 months in new French oak barrels. Bottled in a branch; without any kind of clarification or stabilization, so it can present some precipitate.
TASTING NOTE: Cherry red colour with violet rim. Intense on the nose, with hints of black fruit jam, noble woods, toasted touch with notes of caramel and balsamic background. It closes in mouth a touch of liquorice and soft tannins.
