Made with vines over 30 years old and with production yields of no more than 5,500 kg / ha. Manual harvest. Destemmed grape fermentation in stainless steel tanks with built-in refrigeration through external jackets to maintain temperatures not exceeding 28ºC. Maceration of skins for 30 days, with two pumping over daily.
Tasting Notes Piérola crianza
Intense cherry color, well covered. Aroma Powerful nose, good intensity in aromas from ripe red forest fruit (blackberry) with notes of cedar and vanilla. Very well assembled. Mouth In the mouth it is serious in the encounter, fleshy and balanced, with a good mid palate of fruit and integrated in toasted woods and noble tannins. Powerful, long aftertaste with personality.
