Characteristics

This wine is made from grapes from our best vineyards in Rioja Alta. The date of harvest is determined by periodic analysis and tasting of the grapes, indicators of the optimum state of maturity. After a careful selection in the vineyard and in the winery, the grapes go to oak vats where the alcoholic fermentation will take place. The discovery is made in new French oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place for 16 months.

Tasting Notes Predicador

High vividness and chromatic intensity. Cherry color with purple reminiscences in the meniscus. The nose highlights its aromatic potential appearing ripe berries predominating blackberries and also appearing violet floral notes that are interspersed with those from fine wood such as coffee, chocolates and balsamic. The palate has a powerful but with a smooth step marked by a silky and silky tannin, which gives us an amplitude in the retronasal that allows to continue enjoying the wine for a long time. In glass it evolves expanding its aromatic variety. The pairing is very broad, ranging from the mere tasting to any kind of meat, including hunting.
