Selected harvest in boxes of 18 kg that are cooled to 5º C for 12 hours before being processed at the selection table. Pre-fermentative cold maceration after which the grapes ferment with their native yeasts. The work with the hat is done without the use of pumps by punching. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 15 months in a used 4000 L vat.
Tasting Notes Proelio strain to Garnacha strain
Ruby red color with reflections of low layer. The nose is elegant dominated by notes of red berries, Mediterranean herbs and dried flowers. The palate is vertical, fresh and mineral with notes of chalk and a balsamic background.
