Elaboration: Manual harvest in boxes of 12 kg of grapes from vineyards aged 60 years. Temperature controlled prior to fermentation in cold rooms especially
for a period of 24 hours (4-6 degrees). Grape selection at the table and separation of shoulders and tips. This wine is made from the shoulders.

Sight: intense cherry red, with purple rim, clean and bright.Nose: intense, complex and elegant. We find memories of wild red fruits, dairy,jam and fine mineral notes, all with fine woods that envelop the whole.Palate: wide, fine structure, silky and persistent. Fine acidity that lends freshness to the wine.
