Harvest: 2014. Excellent year, rainy winter, spring and sunny summer. Optimum quality and quantity of grapes.
Varietals: Selected by plots and quality, perfect for long aging, 85% Tempranillo, 10% Mazuelo, 5% Graciano.
Elaboration: Vinification by destemming and crushing. Maceration 48 hours before fermentation followed by 28 days in tank. Malolactic fermentation carried out naturally. 24 months ageing in French (40%) and American (60%) oak barrels. Rest in bottle.
