Characteristics

From a selection of our vineyards in San Vicente de la sonsierra, with calcareous clay soils and high planting density, it is made only in favorable vines.
Only using indigenous yeasts, the alcoholic fermentation lasts approximately 14 days, and the malolactic fermentation develops naturally. It remains 36 months in American oak barrels of an average age of 4-5 years, receiving 6 racking by the traditional method of gravity and decantation, and then rests in the bottle a minimum of 18 months
