Tasting Notes Solabal aging
Medium high layer and intense cherry color with maroon trim, on the nose there are many odors such as red fruits, menthol, spicy touches, smoked ... showing a wide range of aromas from both the grape and its 18 months aging in American oak . In the mouth we are dealing with a powerful and structured wine, but very pleasant to drink thanks to a correct balance between acidity and alcohol and where we are surprised again by those notes of fruit and wood via the retro nasal route.

Intense and lively cherry color. Clean and bright on the nose, its barrel notes stand out (smoked) that give way to ripe sour fruits (raspberries and strawberries). On the palate it has very good structure, notable acidity and good balance with a predominance of elegant toasted notes.
