General information
The grape with which Solideo is made comes from vines of more than 80 years, located in gravel soil, according to the traditional system of glass planting, with very low yield. It is made with 85% from Tempranillo, 12% from Cabernet Sauvignon and 3% from Albillo and remains in barrels for 24 months, first in one and two-year-old American oak and the last four months in new French oak.

Intense red-garnet color, with a high, clean and bright robe. Organic Rioja wine made from grapes of the Tempranillo and Garnacha Tinta varieties, located in small plots in the town of Badarán planted in 1940 and 2007. Harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness at the end of September and the beginning of October 2015 Vinification is carried out in small production tanks, carrying out a classic alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures of 22-24ºC, with gentle pumping over and daily manual, during the first stages of fermentation. Being able to respect the fresh and fruity aromas of the Garnacha and without maceration to avoid unnecessary extractions, respecting the grape as in a traditional elaboration. View: Bright cherry red with garnet reflections. Clean and upper middle layer. This wine is the fruit of the selection of three grape varieties: Tempranillo 85%, Graciano 10% and Garnacha 5%. The harvest was carried out manually by own personnel, selecting all the bunches first in the vineyard and then on the selection table in the cellar.The selected bunches were subjected to mechanical destemming in a stainless sieve and soft squeezing using rubber rollers to break the grain. . Fermented in “Allier” wooden vats for 11 days at a temperature between 24º and 28ºC, it remained in the presence of the skins for another 20 days, obtaining a structured wine with noble tannin that will lead to a long life of our wine. Aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrels, it remained in storage for a few months until bottling, and afterwards, before leaving the market, it remained for 18 months resting in our bottle rack.Tasting Notes 200 Monges reserve
Cherry red, garnet rim. Aroma of red fruits (cherry, raspberry). Very fine oak, brown, chocolate. Powerful, spicy, tasty, complex, balanced, long and persistent on the palate. We recommend uncorking and decanting between 30 and 45 minutes before, in order to appreciate its full aromatic potential. 54,680 bottles of 0.75l, 1,200 magnums have been selected from this wine of 1.50l and 120 double magnum of 3l.
