After a selection of the grapes by hand, a gentle pressing and a rigorous racking, the must is fermented in new French oak barrels and is kept on its lees for a few months, performing weekly batonnages to keep the lees. in suspension, protecting the wine from oxidation and increasing roundness in the mouth. Finally it is clarified, filtered and bottled, without going through cold treatments.

COLOUR: Bright and clean "straw" yellow with very light tones.Flavors: Initial nuances of fine herbs, elderflower and white fruits. Subsequently, it increases in intensity in the glass with hints of peach, grapefruit and a slight hint of fresh herbs such as sage, basil….MOUTH: The attack is friendly, glyceric and with volume. On the palate, smooth to the touch with hints of pear in syrup, overall balance with an elegant, fresh and long finish.
