Wine made from grapes from high quality plots located in Rioja Alavesa and harvested manually. After a pre-fermentation cold maceration, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in new barrels where it remains for an average of 22 months, undergoing manual racking approximately every 4 months. Before bottling, the wine is clarified to obtain greater clarity, silkiness and shine. In bottle the wine acquires the necessary roundness during approximately 2 years in which it will reach its greatest plenitude before going out to the market.
