Elaborated in stainless steel with a pre-fermentative maceration during 6 days at 13-14ºC, with long bazuqueos. On the seventh day the fermentation begins, which lasts about 10 days at a temperature between 20 and 22 º C, preserving the frankness in the primary aromas.
Aging and malolactic fermentation in different French oak barrels to look for complexity in the aroma, for 16 months and 3 rackings.
Wine of high layer, with very covered bottom, cherry color. Nose frank with high intensity, predominance of ripe fruit, dairy, toffee and somewhat spicy. In the mouth it is powerful, elegant, balanced, fleshy and very fruity. Long aftertaste.
Marriage with red meats and roasts is recommended.
