Manual harvest in boxes of 15 kilos, fermentation in new French oak barrels and aging for 12 months in them, with daily batonagge. Tuning in the bottle for 12 months.

Tasting Notes Dioro baco blanco

It has a subtle lemon color, with green reflections. Aromas with good intensity with fine toasted notes in the foreground, giving way to fresh and mellow fruit, pear, pineapple, apricot and citrus. Pleasant passage in the mouth thanks to its good balance, it will gain complexity with the passage of time in the bottle. White wine appropriate not only for snacks but throughout the meal. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8º to 10ºC.

General information

This wine is a single varietal from Viura, one of the most extinct grape varieties in Rioja. Strains over 80 years old are harvested manually in early October, only when the grains have reached the optimum degree of maturity. The selection of the grape is made in the same strain, before being collected in small containers. After the harvest, pressing and fermentation in new American barrels are carried out for 65 days. Subsequently it is clarified with volcanic stone, filtered and left to rest in the bottle for 6 months. Only 2,000 bottles are produced per year.

Tasting Notes Laukote white

This wine has a straw yellow color with bright greenish tones and its aroma is very fruitful, highlighting notes of ripe apples with an elegant vanilla touch provided by the new American barrel.

The grapes are harvested by hand and undergo a gentle pressing process. The must obtained is stabilized at cold temperatures. Fermentation takes place in French oak barrels at controlled temperatures of 18 ° C, over a period of 15 days. After a period of maturation in the oak barrels on its lees for a period of 3 months.

It is the first wine that we develop, from the white Tempranillo variety. The origin of it is found in the genetic mutation of a single Tempranillo Tinto strain found in 1988 in an old vineyard located in Murillo de Río Leza, La Rioja. The development of this variety was part of the Research Project for the recovery of indigenous minority grape varieties in the DOCa.Rioja, carried out at the University of La Rioja and directed by professors Juan Carlos Sancha and Fernando Martínez de Toda. The Rioja Regulatory Council approved the inclusion of this variety in the Denomination of Origin in 2007. Our Tempranillo Blanco vineyards are planted in 1997.
The Tempranillo Blanco variety genetically coincides in a 97% with the Tempranillo Red variety. The leaves and the shape of the grape cluster are identical, so are their sensitivity to diseases and pests. Both varieties have short maturation cycles, allowing them to be grown in any sub-area of Rioja, even in areas where ripening is later. The Tempranillo Blanco vines have a medium-high vigor and an average yield of 6,000 kg. of grapes per hectare. The grape clusters are small in size and of low average weight.

Tasting Notes: Notes of green apple, citrus and pineapple on the nose stand out. In the mouth it is voluminous and glyceric, acid and fresh, with abundant structure and enormous persistence.

Our Barrel Fermented Rosé is not the result of a mixture of red and white grapes, but of a particular technique, bleeding through maceration of the Garnacha grape during one night and one day. Once we have this must of pink bougainvillea a little higher than our famous "claret", but with the same organoleptic characteristics, we give way to the filling of barrels where the alcoholic fermentation that will give it this special and different character to our rosé.After its fermentation and aging for a few months depending on the nuances we want to obtain, this wine results in the least original and practically unique.

Bougainvillea pink color very characteristic in the production of claret with red Garnacha grapes, leaving a longer incubation. Intense and with some complexity.Vine of very good intensity, where the primary notes of the fruits remind us of childhood aromas, red candies, lollipops, peach delicacies, strawberry, on a background of fresh bush. Fresh and with a lively acidity. It has an easy passage, with light notes of white dried fruits that are mixed with fruity notes of redcurrant and wild strawberries. With a wide and glyceric finish of cream and strawberry caramel.

Made with grapes of the Viura and Malvasía varieties from the centuries-old vines of our Vitarán and Vizcarral farms, harvested manually in small-capacity boxes. Pre-fermentation of must and skins cold at a controlled temperature of 8ºC. Alcoholic fermentation of virgin must, free of pressing, in new Hungarian oak barrels. Aged in the same Hungarian barrel, on its fine lees for 3 to 4 months.

Tasting Notes Noralba Ecological White

View: Straw yellow color with greenish iridescence. Smell: Intense aromas of white fruits, pear and apple, intermingled with tropical touches, pineapple, lychees, mango, and notes of quince jam are wrapped by the spices from its aging in wood . Taste: On the palate it is fresh, balanced and intense, with a broad and unctuous mid palate and an aromatic and persistent finish.

Tasting Notes Florentius Blanco

In sight it offers a pale yellow with greenish straw iridescence and ripe lemon tones depending on the layer. Clean and bright with the release of fine bubbles. On the nose, it unfolds gradually and elegantly, frank aromas of fruits and white flowers. The touch of pineapple and citrus notes is followed by the very ripe fruit with hints of honey and herbs. Tasting Notes Muga Blanco

Bright straw yellow-greenish color. The acidic fruits return mainly on the nose, mainly citrus and green apple, “sweetened” by pastries from fine lees and oak spices Nevers… In the mouth the entrance is mineral and silky at the same time, always underpinned with stimulating notes of malic. In retro-olfaction some citrus remain, pineapple appears, and ends tenuously with scrub and vanilla.

We have selected a small plot in the middle part of the farm where Viura variety vines of more than 40 years survive in a calcareous, shallow soil of exceptional quality for the cultivation of the vine. There, we obtain a Viura with a reduced grain size that allows us to achieve a slow and homogeneous maturation and that maintains a perfect balance between acidity, sugar content and aromatic maturity.
